Topher Buck is a Project Manager at NEWMOA, where he manages the Interstate Chemicals Clearinghouse (IC2), including several online database projects, alternatives assessment initiatives, and support for state programs requiring disclosure of chemicals in products. Topher previously directed GreenBlue's Chemicals Program and developed CleanGredients®, which provides information on the environmental and human health attributes of chemicals to support safer product formulation. He has more than 25 years' experience working with government agencies, NGOs, private-sector firms, and academic institutions. Topher spent five years in the Ph.D. program in the Energy and Resources Group at UC Berkeley, has a master's degree in environmental science from Yale University, and has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and religious studies from Wesleyan University.
