Celestine Kish has been with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for more than 29 years.  She is a Senior Engineering Psychologist in the Division of Human Factors.  During her tenure with the CPSC, she has done extensive work in areas pertaining to children’s products, and is considered the Commission's expert on age determinations.  She has given a number of presentations both nationally and internationally on the age appropriateness of children’s toys.  More recently, Mrs. Kish has been focused on consumer behavior related to product recalls, and CPSIA regulations for durable infant and toddler products.  She holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasized on child development.
