Breakout #14: Technology: A Powerful Tool for Improving Recall Effectiveness (repeating)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Technology is a silent yet highly effective advocate in its role of product and recall notifications uniting manufacturers and consumers. And today’s consumers expect the speed and ease of technology – and in fact may even prefer, during a recall, to interact with chatbots to receive company and personal communications.

We will discuss the importance of technology for identifying consumers during critical onboarding moments and the best ways to connect to them when needed. We’ll share perspectives from all constituents alongside of the latest research on consumer communication preferences. We will hear from marketing experts and safety and recall experts who can provide insight into these issues and discuss whether companies should have different strategies to reach different consumer populations.
