Lawsuits can have merit and valuable injury data and defect patterns come to light in the evidence submitted. The regulated community should be aware of information created that may be relevant to present and future production of their products. The panel will discuss their experiences in product liability cases that could help the regulated community and the Commission focus on eliminating defects that create a substantial product hazard.
