This panel will discuss how a company should analyze their culture and organization and risk tolerance, and determine what type of program to adopt. Experienced product safety professionals will discuss what works and what doesn't work and how to select the right program. In addition, the panel will survey ICPHSO attendees and members before the meeting to find out what they think works and doesn't work. Survey results will be discussed by the panel.
